ApprvHQ is a proof-approval tool for production businesses, operated from Queensland, Australia. You can reach us any time at hello@apprvhq.com.
When you join the early-tester list we collect your name, business name, email address, and the details you choose to share about your business (what you make, proof volume, how you handle approvals today). We use this only to contact you about ApprvHQ early access and to understand who we're building for.
Your submission is delivered to us through our form provider (Formspree) and stored in our own records. We do not sell your information, and we don't use it for anything beyond the early-access conversation described above. We keep it only as long as needed for that purpose.
You can unsubscribe or ask us to access, correct or delete your details at any time — just email hello@apprvhq.com and we'll action it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
